Coastal Carolina Community College offers two-year associate degrees for students who wish to transfer to a university to pursue a bachelor's in their chosen field. Different programs will require specific prerequisites for transferring, so it is important to make sure that these credits will transfer to your university.

Students must make sure they are taking courses specific to the field they are planning on entering. For example, a student who is planning on majoring in English will need to take courses specific to the associate in arts degree, and a student majoring in psychology will need to take courses specific to the associate in science degree.
